Katie O’Shea is an American print and pattern designer living in Northern California. She creates detailed and vibrant patterns and illustrations inspired by flora and fauna, landscapes, and surprising color combinations.Â
With a degree in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, Katie has followed her dream of creating artwork rooted in her natural surroundings.
In 2020, she became enamored with designing patterns for fabric and has loved to incorporate detailed illustration with repetition and finding the right flow of a pattern. Katie is deeply inspired by early works of William Morris and the Arts & Crafts movement, as well as her own encounters with nature.
