Ever since I was a little girl, I loved to create. Throughout all my years in school, I took all the creative classes offered and loved every single one of them. I enjoy painting, needlepoint, and just about everything handmade. I discovered quilting when I was expecting my daughter, and I instantly fell in love with it. I loved playing with color and prints to transform quilts into my own, unique creations.
Three years later, my mom opened up a quilting studio and I became obsessed with searching for fabric! Little did I know this would lead me to find my calling- a surface pattern designer.
Born in Mexico but raised near the beautiful beaches of Miami, I live with my wonderful husband and three children, Barbara, Santiago, and Emiliano. My happy place is at the beach, and you can always find me designing, reading, painting, or gardening. I love butterflies, ice cream and sunny days, and I often find most of my inspiration in the moments I share with my children. It’s a dream come true to see my designs out in the world, and I hope they put a smile on your face, just like they did to me when I created them.
